Return & exchange details
Free returns, even for washed/worn items: 30 days → Full refund, 180 days → Store credit. After processing your return, we’ll email a refund confirmation. Refunds are generally issued within 10 business days of receipt. Due to current order volume, delays may occur—thanks for your patience. ⏳
Regarding free gifts
If returns bring your order below the promotional threshold, the free gift must be returned. Prefer to keep it without qualifying? We’ll deduct the gift’s cost from your refund or request payment. 🎁
Change/cancel after ordering
We cannot change or cancel orders post-submission. You may return items; refunds apply to the product total only (shipping is non-refundable).
